We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Strategic Account Exec to build and drive our growth in the Nordics.

Curity is a leading Enterprise identity and security platform for key cornerstone banks, insurance, retail, and telecommunications. We have a strong customer footprint in the Nordics to build on. We are investing in the right profile who will kick it up a notch. A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and early-stage tech experience is key; and the right candidate will be able to position Curity in major Nordic financial services and other ideal-customer profiles. In this role, you will be able to find, develop and close business in large accounts (500-1bn$ + turnover), while providing high visibility and becoming a champion of the Curity brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, drive and execute against a field/ regional sales and GTM plan in collaboration with Curity leadership.
Prospect, network, and build relationships into a strong and qualified pipeline of business in Curity ICP accounts.
Develop and guide sales efforts and processes with prospective customers and partners.
Negotiate, curate and complete sales transactions and licensing deals with prospective customers and partners, against annual and/or quarterly quota targets.
Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales development representatives, pre-sales engineers, and marketing to refine the field/ regional plan and strategy.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting – keep CRM updated and provide accurate sales projections on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Market insights and trends – bring feedback to the marketing and product marketing teams based on customer interactions.
Travel as needed – attend industry events, meet clients, and represent Curity in the market (expected up-to 50%).
